In 1995, Mr.Edward Chan who was from Alor Setar, Kedah, state of West Malaysia, made a bold and decisive move to quit his respectable profession as a police officer with Port of Singapore Authority by returning to his home country Malaysia to venture into the field of financial planning in a renowned and established investment bank which he was leading a comfortable life, and subsequently venture into the field of education with the idea of formation of One Stop Edu Hub Sdn Bhd (OSEH) which was founded by Edward Chan himself in year 2019. This company was formed with the visions and objectives of instilling the importance of lifelong learning acquisition of knowledge by empowering individuals and the community at large, through pre-school, primary, secondary and higher education learning. This ambition was inline with his own experienced in pursuing higher education when he was young due to financial difficulties at the time
在1995年，离乡多年的曾瑞骏先生做出了大胆且果断的决定，他辞去了新加坡港务局警员一职，以及在那里的舒适生活，回到自己土生土长的国土，加入了知名的理财公司，过后开创高等教育质询辅导领域。果断且迅速的成立了《一站式教育咨询有限公司（OSEH）》。曾瑞骏先生最终在2019年完成了他所创立的一站式教育咨询公司的使命。这家公司的愿景和目标，即通过教育让个人和整个社区认识到终身学习和获取知识的重要性，从幼儿教育开始，到小学，中学，甚至高等教育，以弥补他本身自幼感同身受，因当时经济问题而无法顺利完成高等教育的遗憾。
